Job summary

Varsity Spirit, part of Varsity Brands, is seeking a Senior Analyst in Memphis to join the Analytics & Insights team. You will build analytical and strategic models, partner with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Finance, and deliver data-driven insights to guide decisions and growth.

The role emphasizes developing dashboards, validating data quality, and presenting findings to senior leaders. Hybrid work in Memphis with opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of advanced analytical experience required; preferably in consulting, analytics, or finance
• Proficient to strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop financial, strategic, pricing, forecasting, and operational models
• Analyze large and/or complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and business actions
• Partner directly with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and other functions
• Build dashboards and recurring reporting while continuously improving / automating them
• Present findings to senior and operational leaders
• Validate data and maintain analytical quality/control standards
• Manage multiple projects and priorities independently
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis and executive decision-making
