Job summary

Tive is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help lead the company into its next phase of growth. You will develop customer-facing analytics products illuminating supply chain health, and build internal dashboards and data models that drive strategic decisions across product, operations, and commercial teams.

The role requires significant experience in data analytics, SQL, and statistics, and you will collaborate with a global Data Team, participate in peer reviews, and stay current with industry

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools Sigma/Tableau/Power BI.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience translating complex data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create advanced SQL models for customer-facing analytics.
• Design and optimize embedded dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Be vocal and active in Data Analytics team meetings and sprint planning.
• Help prioritize work and groom Jira tickets for predictable velocity.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements in team workflows.
• Present complex findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in data analytics.
