Designer Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Strategy and Analytics, to deliver data-driven insights across Customer, Marketing and Digital teams. You’ll own end-to-end analytics tooling, ensure data governance, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive revenue growth and operational excellence, building integrated data solutions and guiding strategic decisions with clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate retail analytics, planning, or finance.
• Experience with data governance and reporting.
• Proficient with SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers accurate reporting to support operations and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to identify analytic needs and build solutions.
• Mentors junior analysts and communicates insights to executives.
