ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics & Insights to turn executive reporting into strategic decisions. This hands-on role operates without direct reports and partners across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to drive the analytical agenda.

You will own scorecards, OKR/SPM reporting, and Quarterly Impact Insights, coordinating with Finance on underlying data and communicating actionable recommendations to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience building and presenting executive-level analyses.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build driver-based models.
• Experience influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Run the reporting engine and own scorecards across views with narrative.
• Define OKR metrics, targets, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Deliver strategic analyses with clear recommendations and next steps.
• Automate recurring reports and drive cross-functional follow-through.
