Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights to turn executive reporting into strategic decisions within the Customer Excellence Group. This hands-on, individual-contributor role will own the CEG scorecards, OKR/SPM reporting, and Quarterly Impact Insights, partnering across product, engineering, sales, and finance to drive value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or strategy roles where rigorous analysis supported executive decisions.
• Advanced Excel (or equivalent) with demonstrated experience building financial or operational models.
• Strategic problem-solving: structure ambiguous problems, find signal in metrics, and recommend actions.
• Executive communication: strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence senior leaders.
• Collaboration: experience in a matrixed environment, aligning stakeholders and following through on recommendations.
• Ownership of delivery: comfortable owning recurring reporting and using it as a basis for deeper work.

Responsibilities

• Run the reporting engine for CEG executive scorecards across global, geo, and major-area views with narrative on changes and actions.
• Define and maintain CEG OKR metrics and targets and related adoption/downsell reporting.
• Lead the OKR/SPM reporting cycle, ensuring figures reconcile across scorecards and executive materials.
• Own analysis and narrative for Quarterly Impact Insights, coordinating with Finance on data.
• Contribute account-level analysis to AI Command Center and Global Forecast Call; stay aligned with weekly forecasts.
• Identify risks and anomalies in reporting cycles and decide which require deeper analysis.
• Structure problems, build driver-based models, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Automate and standardize recurring reports to reduce manual consolidation and improve speed.
