Job summary

You will work with Change Management and Training Leads to support readiness and adoption, delivering guides, job aids, and communications that help thousands of employees adapt to new ways of working.

The role emphasizes high-quality content creation, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex information into training materials, guides, and communications.
• Create communications, training materials, engagement activities, and adoption resources for Change Management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Change Management and Training Leads to bring readiness strategies to life.
• Develop interactive training guides, job aids, and surveys to support employee readiness.
• Ensure materials help employees feel confident and prepared during large-scale digital transformations.
