Job summary

Avaap USA LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Organizational Change Management Manager to join our team. This role blends advisory leadership with hands-on architecture, guiding clients through people-centric transformations during Workday implementations.

You will partner with executive sponsors and project leaders to drive readiness and adoption, mentor consultants, and help shape the future of our OCM practice while delivering measurable value to government, education, and enterprise

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work remotely or from one of Avaap’s offices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Serve as OCM lead and architect on Workday implementations.
Guide organizations through transformations to drive readiness and adoption.
Partner with executive sponsors, project leaders, managers and employees to align people and technology.
Mentor consultants, share lessons learned and help shape the OCM practice.
