Job summary

Avaap is seeking a Senior Analyst in Organizational Change Management to transform complex Workday processes into clear training guides, job aids, and communications that help employees learn and adapt during large-scale digital transformations. You will work with experienced Change Management and Training Leads to create materials that support readiness and adoption across client organizations.

You will collaborate to deliver communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and adoption

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong grammar and audience focus.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical training materials.
• Experience creating training guides, job aids, and employee communications.
• Experience supporting organizational change management or learning initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex Workday processes into training materials and communications.
