Avaap is seeking an experienced Workday Organizational Change Management Manager to join our team and act as an OCM Lead and Architect on Workday implementations. The role focuses on guiding organizations through readiness, adoption, and long-term success, partnering with executives and project teams to align people and technology.

We value coaching, mentorship, and collaborative leadership, with opportunities to shape our OCM practice and develop talent across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to guide organizations through complex transformations.
• Experience with Workday implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM Lead and OCM Architect on Workday implementations.
• Develop readiness, adoption, and long-term success strategies for clients.
• Mentor consultants and foster talent development within the team.
• Partner with executives, project leaders, and employees to ensure people aspects are addressed alongside technology.
