Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management to support the Orthopaedics business through advanced analytics and long-range planning. The role focuses on developing end-to-end capacity models and dashboards, collaborating across Manufacturing, Finance, and Product Management to guide capacity investments.

You will work with OMP, SAP, Power BI and related tools in a global, regulated environment, and may travel up to 15% to align planning with business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain planning or analytics.
• Experience with capacity planning and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with planning tools such as OMP, SAP, Power BI.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• APICS/ASCM or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strategic capacity models for long-range planning.
• Build end-to-end supply chain models with networks and BOMs.
• Perform scenario analysis for capacity expansion and sourcing.
• Support LRPP and LRFP cycles across a 2–10 year horizon.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to visualize capacity constraints and risks.
