Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to oversee scenario planning, data flow, capacity planning, inventory management, and annual budgeting across multiple US locations including Warsaw, IN. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize deployment and planning parameters.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, ERP/MRP proficiency, and proven experience in demand and supply planning within a healthcare/medtech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minor in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
• 6+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Analytics or SCM with strong scenario planning experience.
• Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems (SAP/JDE/APO/OMP) is required.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification and APICS CPIM preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements using value stream mapping and data analysis.
• Assist in integrating new externally manufactured products into S&OP with scenario-based analyses.
• Build and analyze complex statistical models to support master scheduling, capacity planning, and scenario planning across suppliers and brands.
• Advise External Operations management on business and project status.
• Communicate business issues or opportunities clearly to management; ensure compliance with safety and company guidelines.
