Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years’ experience, GMP exposure, and strong cross-functional leadership. MBA and APICS certification are desirable, with SAP/MRP proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years related experience.
• MBA and APICS certification are desirable.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing operations and supplier management.
• Strong cross-functional project leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, SAP and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity enablement across external operations to meet supply needs.
• Develop long-range capacity models and strategic business cases.
• Lead governance and alignment between internal Supply Chain and External Operations.
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX investments for capacity enablement programs.
• Drive year-over-year efficiency and capability improvements.
• Develop monthly metrics and ensure compliant documentation and training.
