Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics business seeks a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management to lead end-to-end capacity modeling and long-range planning. You will partner with Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to build digital capacity models and dashboards, supporting LRPP/LRFP cycles and investment decisions.

You will translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations, drive continuous improvement, and travel up to 15% as needed across a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a STEM field or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, analytics, or strategic planning.
• Experience with capacity planning and supply chain analytics.
• Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve strategic capacity management models for long-range planning.
• Build end-to-end supply chain models including networks, routings, materials, and capacity constraints.
• Perform scenario analyses for capacity expansion, sourcing, and network redesign.
• Support LRPP and LRFP cycles across 2–10 year horizons.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with priorities.
• Translate complex results into executive-ready recommendations on capacity investments and risk.
• Expand SCM capabilities across Orthopaedics and other platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to visualize capacity constraints and risks.
• Drive governance, standardization, and documentation of planning processes.
• Collaborate with Digital/IT to enhance capacity planning using OMP, Power BI, and related tools.
