Johnson & Johnson seeks an Advanced Demand Analytics Lead to provide global demand planning leadership in Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. You will own analytics reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives, transforming complex questions into scalable solutions.

The role involves statistical forecasting, governance, and training, with a hybrid onsite/work arrangement. English proficiency required and up to 10% international travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of analytics, reporting, data visualization, forecasting, or supply chain planning experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL; Power BI or Tableau; and relevant data models/databases.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects across global, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of global demand analytics reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Lead investigation of data, system, and reporting issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable controls.
• Translate business questions into scalable analytics requirements, data definitions, and visualizations.
• Lead cross-functional reporting projects with GPEx, technology teams, and partners from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Partner with RD&S leaders to prioritize reporting needs and drive global standards adoption.
• Own end-to-end demand planning for a global brand or portfolio, including scenario analysis and risk assessment.
• Lead advanced forecasting analyses, evaluate model performance, and promote proper use of statistical forecasts.
• Establish reporting standards, controls, and documentation to improve data quality and user experience.
• Develop and deliver training on analytics tools, metrics, and processes.
