Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Senior Manager, Capacity Enablement for Orthopaedics in West Chester, PA, with remote options on a case-by-case basis. You’ll lead external operations capacity and partner governance across sites while driving cost‑effective supply and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of related experience, GMP environment familiarity, and strong communication. MBA/APICS are desirable; international collaboration is common.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of related experience; MBA and APICS certification desirable.
• Experience in manufacturing in GMP environments is required.
• Experience managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Strong verbal and written communication across functional levels.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the overall platform capacity management across external sites.
• Develop and deploy long-range capacity modeling tools for future planning.
• Lead Strategic Capacity Governance to align internal and external operations.
• Drive CAPEX/OPEX investment governance for capacity programs.
• Develop monthly metrics and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends affecting collaborators, cost of goods, pricing, and implications.
