Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes External Operations seeks a Senior Manager of Capacity Enablement in the U.S. who will act as the general manager for external manufacturing relationships and drive capacity planning across multiple sites.

Remote work may be considered case-by-case within the company framework. The role requires 8–10 years in related fields, GMP experience, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years related experience.
• MBA and APICS certification are desirable.
• GMP experience required.
• Strong communication across functional levels.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee platform capacity management across sites.
• Develop long-range capacity modeling tools for External Operations.
• Lead Strategic Capacity Governance.
• Oversee CAPEX and OPEX investments for Capacity Enablement Programs.
• Support year-over-year efficiency improvements and capability enhancements.
• Develop monthly metrics and ensure regulatory/compliance documentation.
