Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in qualifications.
• 6+ years analytics, forecasting, or supply chain planning experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects across global teams.
• Strong governance and data-quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Own design and governance of global demand analytics reports and dashboards.
• Lead root-cause analysis of data and reporting issues; drive sustainable controls.
• Translate business questions into scalable analytic requirements and solutions.
• Lead cross-functional reporting initiatives with GPEx, tech teams, and partners.
• Partner with RD&S to align regional reporting and set global standards.
• Own end-to-end demand planning for a global brand or portfolio.
• Lead statistical forecasting analyses and improve model performance.
• Establish standards, controls, documentation, and user training.
• Coach analysts and promote reusable methods without formal management.
• Evaluate AI/ML capabilities for practical demand planning improvements.
