JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst in Atlanta to support sports & entertainment venue developments. You will own financial models, site analyses, and client-ready materials, collaborating with senior leadership and engagement teams on end-to-end deliverables.

You will apply ArcGIS, CoStar, and market data to build economic analyses, assess public-financing structures, and craft compelling client presentations. A passion for sports and real estate development is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Business, or related quantitative discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in a financial analysis environment; CRE, investment banking, PE, or consulting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and with PowerPoint for client-ready deliverables.
• Ability to own workstreams end-to-end and manage multiple engagements with deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own development pro formas, feasibility models, and cash-flow analyses end-to-end for stadiums, arenas, and mixed-use development.
• Lead valuations and broker opinions of value using income/cap-rate, comparable-sale, and comparable-lease approaches.
• Construct economic- and fiscal-impact models to support public-financing and legislative cases.
• Direct site sourcing, screening, and analysis using CoStar, parcel records, and county assessor data.
• Produce site footprints, parcel-ownership research, and thematic maps in ArcGIS/ArcGIS Online.
• Build and quality-control client-ready presentations and boards materials.
• Draft, issue, and coordinate RFPs and RFQs and manage responses.
• Assemble and defend comparable benchmarking sets and the underlying methodology.
• Synthesize public deal documents into usable facts and figures.
• Conduct market, demographic, and demand research and monitor deal terms and incentives.
• Support new-business pursuits and mentor analysts.
