Job summary

JLL in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Analyst for Capital Markets - Investment Sales Advisory (ISA). Focused on the sale of affordable housing multihousing assets, the role covers underwriting, market research, marketing materials, term sheet negotiation and client meetings in a high-energy, team-driven environment.

You will develop investment packages, perform complex financial modeling, manage due diligence, and support deal flow with Producers and clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis; mortgage or commercial real estate preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills for executives.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment advisory packages with research, financial models and summaries.
• Conduct complex financial modeling and underwriting using market data and comps.
• Manage due diligence and guide marketing/closing processes with the Producer, market and client.
• Review real estate documents to identify issues and concerns.
• Develop financing alternatives and build client networks in real estate.
