Job summary

JLL in Atlanta is seeking an Analyst for the Healthcare Portfolio Solutions team to develop client-ready deliverables from healthcare real estate strategies. You will extract data and maps, interpret results, and present insights with PowerPoint.

Strong analytical ability and independent work style are valued. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, 1+ year in a professional setting, and proficiency in MS Office, with ESRI GIS knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, MHA preferred.
• 1+ years in a professional environment; CRE/healthcare experience optional.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office; PowerPoint emphasis.
• Experience with data analytics tools and data viz apps.
• Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS platform is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create client-ready deliverables by extracting data and maps from software packages.
• Interpret data to tell a story and visualize insights effectively.
• Master PowerPoint for presentations and client materials.
• Apply high-level analytical and problem-solving skills on projects.
• Support projects from brief to finished product with limited oversight.
• Handle operational and administrative functions associated with the team.
