Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Sports & Entertainment Development Advisory practice. You will own financial models, site analyses, and client-ready materials for venue and mixed-use developments in professional sports.

You’ll work directly with the Managing Director and engagement leads on deliverables destined for ownership and league-level decision-makers. The role spans underwriting, site selection, economic impact, public finance, and deal execution while contributing to projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
2–4 years in financial analysis; CRE/IB/PE/consulting preferred.
Advanced Excel for financial modeling from scratch (DCF/NPV/IRR) and PowerPoint for client deliverables.
Ability to own workstreams end-to-end and manage multiple engagements with deadlines.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Genuine interest in sports, venues, and real estate development.

Responsibilities

Own development pro formas, feasibility models, and cash-flow analyses end-to-end for stadiums and mixed-use sites.
Lead valuations using income/cap-rate, comps, and cap-ex analyses with market data.
Build economic- and fiscal-impact models to support public financing and legislative cases.
Perform site sourcing, screening, and GIS mapping using CoStar and parcel data.
Create client-ready presentations, site shortlists, and feasibility summaries for boards.
Draft and manage RFIs/RFQs and coordinate responses with external teams.
