Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Commercial Analytics Analyst to join the central analytics team supporting Sales Operations and GTM leadership. You will own analyses end-to-end—from framing questions to delivering executive-ready recommendations.

The role is in a newly formed practice, shaping how work is done, building reusable analytical frameworks, and partnering with finance, renewals, and sales leadership across regions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM or commercial analytics with a commercial focus.
• Fluency in the commercial metric set: quota and attainment, pipeline and coverage, bookings and ACV/TCV, renewals, GRR and NRR, churn, sales productivity.
• Experience using LLM/Agentic tooling in an analytics workflow with sound judgment about reliability.
• Advanced Excel modeling and strong SQL; comfortable with large, multi-source datasets.
• Proficient Python or R for analytics code and verification.
• CRM data, ideally Salesforce; ERP exposure, ideally SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Own commercial analyses end-to-end—from framing questions to delivering executive-ready recommendations.
• Work across a rotating portfolio of diagnostic questions rather than a fixed remit.
• Develop a repeatable diagnostic framework with reusable analytical patterns.
• Translate quantitative findings into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Diagnose data-quality gaps and work with process owners to close them.
• Act as a senior technical voice on the team and mentor other analysts.
