• 5+ years in program/marketing operations, analyst relations, or related function within B2B enterprise software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own Analyst Relations program execution: coordinate briefings, inquiries, and events.
• Coordinate industry research with firms like Gartner/IDC/Forrester and ensure timely submissions.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Product Marketing, PM, and Sales.
• Build operational excellence with plans, calendars, and SOPs.
• Measure KPIs and report on program progress and impact.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve processes.
• Support executive engagements with briefing logistics and materials.
