Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Principal Industry Analyst Relations to lead our AR program and partner with the product marketing team. You will shape strategy, nurture analyst relationships, and drive program growth while collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing Operations and is based in a hybrid, multi-office environment. You will influence category storytelling, coordinate analyst engagements, and craft briefing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology communications, marketing, or product marketing.
• Experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Market Research, and Strategy.
• Proven content creation, storytelling, and program management with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in AI and automation tools for research and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Shape our category story and the industry analyst strategy and program to drive the category.
• Build strategic relationships with current industry analysts while identifying and growing the program.
• Coordinate analyst calls and maintain AR program calendar.
• Drive analyst awareness of PagerDuty’s offerings and expand analyst understanding of company business strategy and product offerings.
• Prepare and support spokespeople engaging with analysts, including briefing materials and staffing calls.
• Maintain AR interactions database and measure AR program impact on marketing and sales.
• Lead inbound requests for information including participation in research and customer references.
• Conduct foundational research in analyst coverage areas and surface growth recommendations.
