Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring an Analyst Relations Manager to own the day-to-day AR program within the Global Communications team. This role emphasizes coordination, timelines and process ownership across product, engineering, marketing and leadership to ensure timely and accurate analyst engagements.

The position is junior-to-mid level with growth potential, and is ideal for candidates with experience in analyst relations operations or program management in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analyst relations support, research coordination, project/program management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of identity security industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution of Keeper’s analyst relations program, including timelines, workflows, and documentation.
• Manage analyst evaluation processes (e.g., Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, MarketScape) with data collection and submissions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, PR and leadership to ensure timely, accurate inputs.
• Maintain analyst calendars, briefing schedules, and long-range planning for key firms and coverage areas.
• Prepare materials and notes for analyst briefings and follow-ups; track discussion themes.
