Job summary

ThoughtSpot, an AI-first analytics company, is seeking a Senior Analyst Relations Manager to shape how analysts view ThoughtSpot’s strategy and market leadership. You’ll partner with the VP of Global Communications and executives to orchestrate briefings, inquiries, and strategic narratives that resonate with analyst audiences and impact perception.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Analyst Relations, communications, or product marketing in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Strong understanding of analyst landscapes, methodologies, cycles, and relationships.
• Proven track record influencing analyst opinions and improving company positioning.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive an insightful analyst relations program with product marketing and executives.
• Cultivate high-trust relationships with Gartner, Forrester, ISG, Constellation, and others.
• Lead analyst engagements, briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional submissions for Gartner MQ, Critical Capabilities, IDC, ISG, and Nucleus.
• Translate analyst feedback into actionable business insights for strategy.
• Create analyst-facing content: decks, briefing docs, positioning summaries, differentiators.
