Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Compensation team with accurate pay data and policy adherence. You will help gather, report, and audit compensation information, ensuring timely and compliant pay adjustments.

You will work with ServiceNow, Taleo, and MSS systems, develop training materials, and create reports for leadership. Strong analytical skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Compensation, Analytics or HR related field.
• Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required.
• Knowledge of health care industry is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to research, examine and disseminate information. Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships across organizational lines.
• Able to balance many demands and respond to time constraints.

Responsabilités

• Gathers, compiles, reports, and audits data to meet SLAs.
• Reviews ServiceNow, Taleo, or MSS requests; routes for timely resolution.
• Maintains periodic and ad-hoc compensation reports from HRIS.
• Develops training materials and knowledge base for compensation processes.
• Supports compensation team with data analysis and recommendations.
• Ensures compensation processes are documented and current.
