Job description

Maximus is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing. The successful candidate must have Federal Finance / Federal Pricing experience and knowledge of relevant corporate and government regulations and standards. This is a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver pricing aspects of proposal submissions in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
2. Perform RFP analysis, including preparing clarifying questions related to pricing.
3. Develop cost models and prepare cost estimates for all major contract types.
4. Collaborate with technical and capture teams to determine, collect, and verify cost input requirements.
5. Analyze RFPs to identify operational and financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
6. Maintain competitive data and produce Price to Win (PTW) estimates.
7. Finalize accounting treatment for revenue and costs to estimate free cash flow, operating income, and net present value.
8. Accept and validate pricing inputs from various divisions.
9. Compile consolidated pricing based on received inputs.
10. Lead pricing strategy discussions and present key highlights and risks to executive leadership.
11. Assemble all inputs for Federal Price/Business Volume documentation as per RFP requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge of cost estimating principles, methods, and practices.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of federal procurement regulations and standards.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and more.
