Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Head of AI Solutions to build and lead a highly technical team that shapes central build capacity across the company. You will own intake, prioritize initiatives, and guide architecture, evaluation, and production readiness while collaborating with Privacy, Security, and AI Platform teams.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will influence sequencing with senior leaders, set technical standards, and drive reusable solution patterns

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, or deploying production systems.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and overseeing architecture decisions.
• Experience taking LLM-based or agentic solutions from discovery through production.
• Experience leading a solutions architecture, engineering, platform, or shared-services team.
• Strong technical scoping, estimation, and credible build plans.
• Working knowledge of agent orchestration, prompts, guardrails, data modeling, and cloud/hybrid deployment.
• Experience hiring and developing senior AI, engineering, data, and product talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AI Solutions team of engineers, data engineers, and product talent.
• Own intake and prioritization with a transparent process.
• Lead discovery, define architecture, scope, and success measures.
• Staff and oversee virtual build pods; secure cross-functional support.
• Set and enforce architectural standards for security, privacy, reliability, and cost.
• Deliver and hand off solutions, create reusable patterns and playbooks.
