Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior AI leader to build and run a highly technical solutions organization. You will own intake, prioritization, architecture, and delivery, while guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and product to implement scalable AI programs.

The role emphasizes deep technical leadership, architecture review, and production readiness with a strong focus on security, privacy, and reliability in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, or deploying production systems.
• 3+ years leading technical teams; stay close to work to review architecture.
• Experience delivering LLM-based or agentic solutions from discovery to production.
• Experience leading a solutions architecture, applied AI, or platform team serving multiple units.
• Strong technical scoping and estimation; turn ambiguous requests into build plans.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, prompt design, guardrails, evaluation, data modeling, APIs, cloud or hybrid deployment.
• Experience hiring and developing senior AI, engineering, data, and product talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead AI solutions engineers, data engineers, and AI product talent.
• Own intake and prioritization; evaluate value, feasibility, risk, and reuse.
• Turn requests into build plans; define architecture, scope, success metrics, dependencies.
• Staff and lead virtual build pods; coordinate with IT, AI Platform, Architecture, Privacy, and Security.
• Set the technical bar; ensure security, privacy, reliability, observability, and cost standards.
• Deliver, hand off, and create reusable solution patterns for platform improvements.
