Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a Head of AI Solutions to report to the Chief AI Officer. You will build and lead a deeply technical team that owns how central build capacity is allocated and accountable for intake, prioritization, staffing, and delivery.

The right candidate will steer discovery with business and technical teams, define solution architectures and credible effort estimates, and ensure security, privacy, reliability, and production readiness across AI projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, or deploying production systems, incl. 3+ years leading technical teams.
• A track record of taking AI/LLM-based solutions from discovery to production.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary AI/engineering team serving multiple business units.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous requests into credible build plans.
• Working knowledge of agent orchestration, prompt design, APIs, and cloud or hybrid deployment.
• Experience hiring senior AI, engineering, data, and product talent and communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AI Solutions team; set expectations for quality, delivery, and accountability.
• Oversee intake and prioritization across the portfolio; determine what receives central support and sequence work.
• Lead discovery with business and technical teams; define architecture, scope, success metrics, dependencies, and estimates.
• Staff and lead virtual build pods; allocate capacity across concurrent initiatives and remove blockers.
• Set the technical bar by reviewing architectures and production-readiness decisions for security, privacy, and reliability.
• Deliver, hand off, and turn recurring needs into reusable solution patterns and playbooks.
