Job summary

Automated Financial Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Performance to design and own the company-wide performance framework. You will partner with the ELT to define what should be measured, build systems to capture it, and deliver intelligence to help the CEO and ELT make faster, data-driven decisions.

You will own enterprise performance reporting, advise on risks and opportunities, and collaborate with Finance, CRO, and People teams to align metrics with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in BI, performance analytics, or a related analytical function.
• Demonstrated ability to design enterprise KPI frameworks across multiple business areas.
• Strong Power BI, SQL, and data modeling skills.
• Experience writing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into executive narratives and action-oriented recommendations.
• Proven track record advising senior leaders and influencing decisions at the executive level.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools as a productivity multiplier for analytical work.
• Comfort operating in a PE-backed environment with high expectations for accuracy, pace, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain functional scorecards for ELT domains and track performance over time.
• Own pipeline reporting, funnel analytics, and revenue analytics with Finance and CRO.
• Produce executive performance reporting for CEO, COS, and board.
• Provide forward-looking analysis identifying risks, gaps, and actionable plans.
• Advise ELT members on performance trends and help frame data-backed actions.
• Build and maintain the enterprise performance picture across commercial, delivery, product, and operations.
