Job summary

Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation seeks an Enterprise Performance Manager – Associate Director to lead the EPM framework across the enterprise, translating strategic priorities into structured reporting, monitoring, and governance routines for transparency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Advanced data analytics, data visualization, presentation, and logical storyboarding.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated expertise developing executive-level materials and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and evolution of DTCC’s Enterprise Performance Management framework, driving alignment across business and functional teams to advance enterprise priorities.
• Lead the development of monthly Executive Committee reporting and biannual Board materials, ensuring clear, accurate, and decision-oriented insights for senior leadership.
• Oversee the operational and tactical execution of key Enterprise Performance efforts, ensuring deliverables are timely, disciplined, and aligned to strategic objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the monthly collection, aggregation, challenge, and reporting of Enterprise Health Metrics to strengthen transparency, accountability, and performance management.
• Provide leadership visibility into progress against strategic priorities, milestones, risks, and issues, driving timely intervention and escalation where needed.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior Enterprise Performance leadership in shaping core EPM outputs and leadership updates for forums including the Executive Committee and Board.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, reporting, presentations, and management materials that support performance reviews, strategic discussions, and enterprise decision-making.
• Drive consistency, rigor, and continuous improvement across enterprise performance processes, reporting practices, and stakeholder engagement.
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
