Job summary

The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) seeks a Sr. Director of Enterprise Financial Planning & Performance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organization from its Washington, DC office.

You will own enterprise planning, cost controls, and KPI-driven insights to inform executive decisions. Reporting to the CFO, you will build scalable financial models, partner with business units, and drive data-driven decision making while leveraging AI-enabled tools to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or related field required.
• MBA/MSF/MAcc or related advanced finance/accounting credential strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, enterprise planning, or financial management experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the annual enterprise budgeting process across operating and capital planning.
• Translate strategic priorities into financial plans with leadership teams.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting incorporating results, pipeline, budgets, and risks.
• Develop rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and forward-looking projections.
• Coordinate month-end and forecast reviews with departments and leaders.
• Identify financial risks and mitigation strategies with CFO and senior leadership.
• Provide treasury-related analysis including liquidity forecasting and working capital.
• Improve budget/forecast governance with robust documentation and approvals.
