Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own the design and delivery of enterprise-level executive dashboards and review frameworks for senior leaders.

You will synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into concise narratives with clear action implications. Work with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, drive KPI accuracy, and present executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise planning, operations, data analytics, or strategic finance within tech/SaaS.
• Experience developing company-level executive performance reporting for leadership audiences.
• Ability to validate data and translate findings into implications and actions using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise executive reporting framework, cadence, and standards for senior leaders.
• Synthesize data from multiple functions into clear narratives with key drivers and actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and other teams to ensure KPI accuracy and data quality.
• Develop concise, executive-ready dashboards and briefing materials.
• Manage the reporting calendar, reviews, and deep-dives for timely, accurate materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses and scenario planning to support decisions.
• Improve reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
