Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager to evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational performance through data-driven analysis and strategic insight generation for enterprise leadership decision-making.

The role partners across Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and more to identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks while transforming data into actionable executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, financial analysis or insurance economics including 4 years in data analysis and reporting.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting design.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational performance through data-driven analysis and strategic insight.
• Transform complex financial/operational data into actionable executive insights and reporting.
• Develop and deliver enterprise performance dashboards and analyses reviewed by senior leaders.
