Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation seeks a Senior Analyst to manage a portfolio of structured commercial real estate loans and provide loan surveillance support. You will monitor cash flows, rent rolls, market trends, and property valuations for a nationwide CRE portfolio across property types.

Responsibilities include borrower/lender communication, loan servicing, and quarterly reporting, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and independent decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of CRE industry or senior analyst level experience.
• Proficiency with CRE underwriting, loan servicing and treasury concepts.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel for financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of assigned loans, communicating with borrowers and lenders.
• Process borrower requests and consents; prepare quarterly asset reports.
• Analyze property financials and monitor performance for nationwide CRE portfolio.
• Coordinate updates with sponsors/borrowers on property-level issues and CAPEX.
• Prepare weekly portfolio updates highlighting key issues and events.
