Qualifications

5+ years of CRE industry experience at Senior Analyst/Analyst level.
Experience with office, industrial, retail, multifamily properties.
Knowledge of hotels and condominiums.
Proficiency in underwriting, loan servicing, treasury.
Knowledge of CRE metrics: IRR, NPV, DSCR, DY, NOI/NCF.
Knowledge of deal types (transitional, development, pre-development, repositioning, stabilized) and complex debt (participations, CLOs/CDOs).
Ability to create complex financial models.
Strong decision-making and independent work capability.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Excellent reading and comprehension; strong written and verbal communication; strong organizational and time management.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Day to day management of assigned loans, including communication with Borrowers and Lenders/Investors.
Processing of borrower requests and consents.
Analyze property financials and report property/loan performance to Lenders/Investors on a quarterly basis via a Quarterly Asset Report (QAR).
When applicable, correspond with Sponsors/Borrowers for updates on property-level concerns including CAPEX, leasing progress, construction status and overall performance.
Prepare and submit weekly loan portfolio updates identifying all relevant issues, discussions and events that occurred during the week.
Monitor loan specific events and triggers.
Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager.
