Job summary

Raytheon is seeking engineers to join a growing analog and power design organization in Massachusetts. You will work on design, analysis, simulation, and testing of analog and power electronics, following Raytheon guidelines and requirements.

The role offers onsite responsibilities in Marlborough/Tewksbury/Andover with opportunities to contribute to defense programs and secure DoD clearances. You will collaborate across production, integration, and test teams to advance mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience designing, testing, or producing analog or power electronics, power systems, power conversion or power distribution.
• Experience with modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop designs based on requirements and Raytheon guidelines.
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
• Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
• Travel to Marlborough, MA and other MA/NH locations as needed.
