Job summary

You will design power electronic solutions, perform analyses, and deliver hardware for integration and production, collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering and operations

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• 3 years experience in the design of power or electronic systems for military or aerospace or commercial applications.
• Experience with ANSI/ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Develop power electrical systems for radar platforms from concept to production.
• Lead design and development of electrical power systems, including layout, power generation, and distribution.
• Manage design-to-production transitions, ensuring seamless design releases into manufacturing.
• Conduct complex tolerance analyses to verify form, fit, and function for radar applications.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure products meet quality standards, performance requirements, and compliance regulations.
• Lead small teams to meet project schedules, budgets, and technical goals while driving process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal engineering disciplines, operations, systems teams, quality assurance, and suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on significant technical matters.
