Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Power & Analog Design Engineer II to join the Multi-Product Power & Digital (MPD) team in an onsite role in McKinney, TX. You will design and characterize analog/power circuits, collaborate with ECAD drafters, and support verification across the product lifecycle.

You will work with senior engineers on architecture, simulations, and testing, maintaining documentation and contributing to a secure, cutting-edge defense portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with buck/boost converters and other non-isolated topologies.
• Experience in analog electronics: FETs, BJTs, op-amps, filters, terminations, and comparators.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/MathCAD/Mathematica or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with circuit-card level architecture development.
• Design, analyze, test, and document analog and power conversion circuitry.
• Collaborate with ECAD drafters on stack-up, layout, and routing.
• Support integration and verification in engineering labs.
• Provide product test and troubleshooting support.
• Report execution status within budget and schedule.
• Engage in professional growth and development.
