Job summary

Raytheon is seeking electrical engineers to design, analyze, and test analog and power electronics for defense applications. This onsite role supports a range of programs in Massachusetts, with opportunities to contribute to power system design, distribution, and control systems.

Ideal candidates will have a STEM degree with 2+ years of experience or an advanced degree and hands-on lab skills in analog electronics. Travel to multiple MA locations may be required.

Qualifications

  • STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
  • Background in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, Power Distribution or Control Systems.
  • Experience with modeling/simulation using PSPICE or MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to develop designs from requirements and Raytheon guidelines.
  • Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
  • Provide production, integration, and test support.
  • Develop deeper mastery in analog and power engineering design.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork.
  • Travel to Marlborough, MA; Tewksbury, Andover, Woburn, or Pelham as needed.
