Job summary

Raytheon seeks an experienced analog and power design engineer for onsite roles in Massachusetts (Marlborough, Tewksbury or Andover). The role requires strong design, analysis, and testing skills with opportunities to work across power systems and control sub-systems.

Candidates with DoD clearance are preferred; however Raytheon will invest in you to grow. Travel to multiple MA locations may be required as programs evolve.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Design, test, and/or production experience with analog or power electronics, power systems, power conversion, power distribution, power sub‑system design and/or control systems.
• Experience with modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and Raytheon guidelines.
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
• Provide support to production, integration, and test activities
• Gain greater mastery of analog and power engineering design
• Demonstrate self‑motivation
• Travel to Marlborough, MA; Tewksbury, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on the assignment.
