Job summary

AbbVie Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Sr. Manager of AMI Programs in Irvine, CA to lead the strategy, design, and execution of Fundamentals Courses for AMI.

You will partner with the AMI Performance team, faculty, and cross-functional groups to deliver impactful medical education programs for facial injectables and skincare portfolios. You will oversee program operations, analytics, and content development while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced matrix environment, with up to 70%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 4-6 years related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Aesthetics or Medical Device in the sector of Marketing and Sales. A combination of Marketing and Sales experience is ideal.
• Experience with facial injectables is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability of strategic thinking.
• Self-starter and strong problem-solving skills.
• High-energy, self-motivated and task oriented.
• Strong commitment to be accountable and responsible.
• Ability to manage budget.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication skills, both verbal and written.
