Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead on-site AMI training at our Irvine training centers. You will deliver facial aesthetic education, present clinical content, and collaborate with leadership to improve training effectiveness and center workflows.

The role requires 3–5 years in clinical education with facial injectables, CA licensure, and strong presentation skills. Travel up to 50% and flexibility for evenings or weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered NP/PA/RN license, with strong preference for CA licensure.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience with facial injectables.
• Minimum of 2 years of cannula experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a clinical education role.
• Ability to deliver educational presentations to customers, peers, and prospects with measurable results.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and analytical, organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute AMI training strategies for facial training sessions.
• Deliver presentations and clinical training during programs.
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows to improve efficiency.
• Travel up to 50% to support educational engagement training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor and report clinical activities at AMI Training Centers.
• Provide feedback to AMI Curricula team to expand reach and effectiveness.
