Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead on-site AMI training at the Irvine AMI site, partnering with leadership to uphold training policies. Role includes anatomy labs, ongoing learning, and collaboration across departments to ensure compliant, high-quality education.

The position requires CA licensure, 3–5 years facial injectable experience, and 2 years cannula experience, with strong presentation and organizational skills. Domestic travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Based in Irvine, CA to work at AMI site.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current, unencumbered NP/PA/RN license, with strong preference for CA, GA, TX licensure.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience with facial injectables.
• Minimum of 2 years of cannula experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a clinical education role preferred.
• Ability to deliver educational presentations to customers, peers, and prospects with measurable results.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; FDA/regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute AMI training strategies for facial training sessions.
• Deliver presentations and clinical training during training programs.
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Travel to support clinical HCP educational engagement training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and AMI teams to monitor and report clinical activities.
