Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks an Associate Director of AMI Clinical Engagement to lead the onsite Clinical Education team at the Austin Training Center. You will deliver trainings, mentor staff, and ensure SOP adherence while coordinating with leadership across centers in Irvine and Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active NP/PA/RN license required.
• Must be based locally in the Austin, TX area and onsite; not remote.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience with facial injectables.
• 3–5 years of clinical education, training, or related role preferred.
• 2–4 years of people management or team leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated experience delivering educational presentations and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onsite Clinical Education team to deliver high-quality training.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training.
• Oversee day-to-day training center operations: staffing, scheduling, onboarding, workflow, resources.
• Ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance across centers.
• Partner with leadership to plan and monitor training activities.
• Onboard and train new team members and ensure SOP adherence.
• Identify process improvements to enhance training quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align program execution.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
