Job summary

AbbVie, through Allergan Aesthetics, seeks a Sr. Training Manager for AMI Educational Engagement to lead development and execution of customer training programs. The role is based in Atlanta, GA, with travel and cross-functional collaboration to enhance educational engagement and learning outcomes.

You will partner with sales, brand, and AMI teams to ensure engaging workshops, test training effectiveness, and refine content. A bachelor’s degree and extensive training experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in customer education training preferred.
• 4+ years in Medical Aesthetics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate AMI Immersive customer training programs in Atlanta, GA.
• Develop and manage AMI Training Center programs.
• Create and implement customer engagement strategies for the end-to-end experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to support training programs.
