Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Sr. Manager to lead AMI program strategy, design, and execution for CoolSculpting Fundamentals Courses. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, faculty, and agency partners to deliver impactful educational programs.

You will manage budgets and timelines, report metrics, and drive continuous improvement within a high-paced matrix environment, traveling up to 70% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years related experience in a similar field.
• 3+ years in Pharmaceutical, Medical Aesthetics or Medical Device marketing/sales.
• Experience with facial injectables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, development, implementation and execution of AMI programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal/external partners for program delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple programs.
• Prepare program reports and analytics to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with AMI Faculty to select and coach program faculty.
