Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Clinical Educator to lead AMI training at our Austin center. You will deliver hands-on education, run anatomy labs, and partner with leadership to uphold center policies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will travel up to 50% for HCP training events and continuously refine curricula with the AMI team, contributing to a high-standard, safety-focused learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active NP/PA/RN license preferred (CA/GA/TX licensure strongly preferred).
• 3–5 years clinical experience with facial injectables required.
• 2 years cannula experience required.
• 3–5 years clinical education experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and clinical data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AMI training and lead on-site educational programs at Allergan Training Centers.
• Presentations and clinical training during programs.
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows for efficiency improvements.
• Travel up to 50% to support training programs for clinical HCPs.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor and report activities to AMI Training Centers.
• Provide feedback to AMI Curricula team to enhance trainings and brand sentiment.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO13485, and regulatory requirements.
